INTERIM PASTOR

Pastor Kjell (pronounced "Chell", like church) Ferris, comes to Vista from Calvary Lutheran, near George Floyd Square, where he has been their interim pastor for the past 2 years. Previously, he was lead Pastor at Peace Lutheran Church in Plymouth for 8 years, and an associate pastor at Christ Lutheran Church in Blaine for 6 years.

Originally, hailing from western North Dakota, Pastor Ferris has deep roots in the Lutheran faith, and he is drawn to focusing on being an interim pastor. We have a blessed opportunity to work with him as we focus on calling our next permanent pastor.

DIRECTOR OF MUSIC

Eugene is a gifted choral leader, singer, and educator with a Bachelor of Music degree from St. Olaf College. As a choir teacher at Richfield Public Schools, he's driven by his passion for connecting music and community. In every setting, Eugene brings a heart for ministry, a collaborative spirit, and a deep love for lifting voices in praise. We're excited for this new chapter of music and worship together. LEAD ORGANIST

Vista Lutheran Church is seeking a talented and dedicated Accompanist to join our music ministry team. This is a job-share position for a musician proficient in both organ and piano who is passionate about enriching worship through music. If you have a collaborative spirit and a strong understanding of Lutheran traditions, we'd love to hear from you!

ASSOCIATE ORGANIST

Emma loves exploring all forms of musical worship on our beautiful organ. When not on the organ bench, you can find her teaching Special Education, going to Timberwolves games with her husband, and volunteering for social justice causes.

COMMUNICATION LEAD

Anne Marie leverages her 25 years of communications experience to tell Vista Lutheran's story with clarity, creativity, and purpose. Beyond her professional expertise, she's deeply engaged in community volunteering with Girl Scouts and is an active participant in other groups that foster deeper connections within her community.
